ARE YOU THE SAME AS SHARONA SILK CREATIONS?

That was my old company, making one-of-a-kind items. PARDES DESIGNS brings my work to a wider audience.

 

WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are shipped.  99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. 

AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-3 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

CAN I CHANGE THE DESIGN OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
You can change the item ordered by contacting us via
Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us.
Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.


HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All items are shipped Priority Mail via United States Postal Service.  

 

CAN I RETURN IF I DIDN’T PURCHASE ONLINE?

Purchases made from entities other than Pardes Designs are not eligible for return. Please contact the retailer where the Pardes Design item was purchased.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY SALES TAX ?

Sales tax and shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Sales tax is calculated per the regulation of your state.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT

The credit card used for payment at checkout is charged upon completion of the online transaction. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

You do not need to sign up for an account in order to make a purchase, however doing so will allow you to view previous orders and avoid having to fill out customer information each time you check out.
